Stayed here on a recent trip to London, as it was close to the area we needed to be. The hotel room is clean. Just what you expect at a best western. Bed was comfortable. I came earlier into town than expected, checked in with the hotel and asked about a early check in. Luckily they had a room available. I know this isn't always the case. I was very appreciative for this.
Not a bad experience overall but could have been better. The rooms are decent but at night the ac can be very load turning on and off. The hallway is also pretty audible from the room so doors closing or people walking by can be heard. Breakfast wise. There are some options but really wish there were more fruit

Here's a concise but impactful review you could post:
My 18-year-old daughter stayed at Best Western Plus London Airport Inn & Suites (2230 Dundas St. E., London) from June 1–3, 2026, while attending training for a new job. The room had been booked and paid for by her employer for the week.
Upon arrival, she was required to provide a credit card for a security deposit, despite later learning that her employer had already provided a deposit for all rooms. As a young adult travelling alone for work, this created unnecessary stress.
The most concerning issue was that she suffered multiple bites during her stay, which were later confirmed by a public health nurse to be bed bug bites. When she reported the problem, staff appeared unsurprised and offered no apology. She was simply given $6 for laundry and offered another room.
When she returned to her room later that evening, housekeeping had not made the bed or removed dirty towels from the floor. Feeling uncomfortable and unsupported, she declined the room change and stayed with family instead. No alternative accommodation, refund, or meaningful resolution was offered.
I am extremely disappointed by both the condition of the room and the lack of concern shown by staff. A young guest dealing with bed bugs should have been treated with much greater care, professionalism, and urgency.

Nice looking place, I came down to London to do training for work and the company put me up in here.. I spent 3/5 night waking up in the morning with mysterious bites that ended up being BED BUGS. When the issue was brought up to the front desk they didn’t even apologize but offered me another room and 6$ to do my laundry. Beware

We stay at Best Western hotels because they are consistently good, include breakfast, clean and have comfortable beds. The night we were at this hotel there was a big sports team of young kids. Kids running the halls and knocking on doors, shooting nerf guns, yelling and screaming until about midnight. Went to the front desk twice about this and nothing was done. I don't understand why this was allowed to happen. My son was in a rowing regatta early in the next morning so sleep is important. When I come to a hotel and pay for a room, I expect the hotel policies to be enforced and followed especially since that is what we were told when we asked upon check-in whike noticing the commotion in the lobby knowing that we were likely in for a rough night.
