  Worst customer and online delivery services staff so rude ignoring every time just look and walk away and no one responds even you ask many times for your order and your order already ready but they don’t answer.

  Brandi-Leigh was absolutely amazing! From when I walked in, so I left, she was very welcoming and helpful. I tried to order my order online and it wasn’t going through so when I came in, she offered to take the order off my phone to me, rereading it. She was very knowledgable with her flavours as well as other suggestions. She’s also multitasking by doing multiple customers and task to keep everything running smoothly and on time. Great job! You’re great for the front of the shop with your customer service.

  Worst decision ever to try this place… Dry wings oh m sorry not wings nuggets dry as desert but yeah there were drops of dressing with parchment paper but sorry I dont eat that first and last experience with this place pathetic service staff and food…. I wish i could give this place less than 1 star..

  everything tastes great except for one of the ranches we got. it was clumpy and we figured it was blue cheese so asked for ranch instead. they claimed it was ranch but still gave us another one. the next one was even clumpier and came out of the container in one slimy chunk. don’t understand the issue as one of the ranches we got was fine but they didn’t resolve the issue and told us that that’s what their ranch is. was off putting and disgusting

  Really oily chicken, even when getting a dry rub. Lack of flavour with lemon pepper rub and fry seasoning. I chalk it up to proprietary issues rather than staff. Had an error with my order but the staff fixed it quickly. Still, you can get better chicken pretty much anywhere else for the same cost, if not less.
