  We went on vacation from Québec to Ontario for a few days and decided to try Wingstop. Since we don't have Wingstop back in Québec, it was our first time trying it. When we were ordering, the cashier was impatient because we looked confused and were taking our time looking at the menu. They were rude when we asked questions instead of being understanding and actually helping us. Mind you, there was no rush at all. We did not tell them that it was our first time there, but it shouldn't even matter whether we mentioned it or not. As an employee, you should always be patient and kind to customers. I understand that everyone has bad days, which is completely normal, and that's coming from someone who works in fast food as a cashier myself. By the way, we did end up ordering two chicken drumsticks.

  Foods great but service is super bad. Everytime I go the cashiers are always super rude and have attitudes. I came in tonight with my sister and the cashier named Emma took out order and was super rude despite us being very polite thanking her for everything, she had very bad attitude and made us feel like a burden. she forgot our drinks and we waited over 10 minutes just to receive them from another guy, she would look at us ignore us and serve others, she gave us the wrong food and when we kindly asked to get the right order she shoved the wrong order across the counter at us and said we could keep it that it would be a minute for our actual order, and when we received the right order we thanked her and she shoved the food across the counter again nearly causing it to fall off the edge. This hasn’t been the first time i’ve had rude service from the workers here. This is really disappointing as I genuinely enjoy Wingstops tenders, the service could just use some work.

  i drive 3 hours from Montreal to come here. The team is great but Aariz is exceptionally excellent. He makes sure to get your order right and that is really something i appreciate. This wingstop is really good they put loads of sauce on voodoo fries and always fresh! Thanks you Aariz for making this wingstop even greater.

  Tried Wingstop for the first time this evening, ordered the Game Night Bundle, my kids had the crispy chicken tenders and absolutely loved them. I had the boneless wings which were also really good, with bbq sauce and honey garlic. We shared the generous portion fries which were cooked to perfection!! Thank you to Brandy for the excellent service, and the recommendation to try the triple chocolate chunk brownie, we will definitely be back.

  Was on a roadtrip from London to Montreal. Stopped by this wing stop in Kingston, and can confirm the food is fresh and delicious. Brandi-Leigh was super kind and helped us choose the best deal on the menu since it was the first time we were stopping by at Wingstop! Thank you again !!
