    The food was good however the service was very poor and all of the tables were dirty. They were training a new staff member and did not have the second till open, and the line was from the register to the door the entire time I was there and they didn’t open the second til up. It took 25 minutes by the time we got there and ordered to get our food after waiting in line and then waiting for our food. That is too long for a fast food restaurant. The manager should hire more staff if they don’t have the staff to have a second till open at dinner time and keep the tables clean.

    Food was good and the place was clean, but the service left a lot to be desired. Right from the start, we were told they had run out of medium cups and that we’d have to pay extra for large cups instead. I’m sorry, but how is that the customer’s responsibility? If the restaurant runs out of a size, customers shouldn’t be charged more because of an inventory issue on their end. We let it go and placed our order anyway. What really bothered me happened afterward. We were the only people waiting for food at the time. Several customers who ordered after us received their meals before we did and were already sitting down eating while we continued waiting. When our name was finally called, I went to pick up the food and was immediately asked to show my receipt because “it’s policy.” Fair enough, I showed it. However, what stood out was that not a single person after us was asked to show a receipt. We sat there and watched multiple customers pick up their orders without being questioned. If it’s truly a policy, it should be applied to everyone consistently, not selectively. It felt uncomfortable and left us wondering why we were being treated differently. What makes this even more disappointing is that this has always been one of our go-to locations. We work hard for our money, and when we choose to spend it somewhere, we expect to be treated with the same respect and courtesy as every other customer. It’s a shame because the food was genuinely good, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, an experience like this can overshadow an otherwise great meal. We still enjoy the food, but moving forward we’ll likely start visiting a different location instead. It’s disappointing because this didn’t have to happen, and it’s unfortunate to see good food paired with service that leaves customers feeling unwelcome.

    I went because I saw all the hype on TikTok - those saucy juicy tenders with ranch sauce My boyfriend got honey garlic, I got smokey BBQ - both of our flavours tasted off. The BBQ was more on the bitter than sweet side, and the honey garlic flavour just doesn't taste right either. If you get the regular fries, they're WAY too salty. The Cajun ones were nice .... Honestly the best part about the meal was the ranch sauce. I think the flavours just doesn't taste quite right Staff was really nice though

    Ordered the 2-person combo with Mango Habanero wings. The wings were okay—not bad, but I expected a bit more from Wingstop. The fries were great, but the drink tasted a little watery. Service was a bit slow getting our order out. That said, Heidi was amazing. She was kind, patient, helpful, and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. She really made the experience much better. Thanks, Heidi! 😊

    Tried the new Wingstop location at Lime Ridge Mall tonight during their grand opening around 9:30 PM. My partner and I ordered the 2 person combo with 15 boneless wings, fries, and 2 drinks. We got half lemon pepper and half honey garlic. First off, I want to say the service was actually really good considering it was their first day open. The staff were friendly, patient, and working hard despite how busy it was. No complaints there at all 👏 That being said, I did leave a little disappointed with the food. The fries and boneless wings were both extremely salty. The fries had a good flavour from the seasoning, but it was just way too overpowering. The chicken itself was cooked well and very juicy, but the seasoning was insanely salty and honestly not enjoyable at all. I also left with a bit of a stomach ache afterward because of how salty everything was. I also don’t think we received the correct flavour for the honey garlic wings because they tasted more citrusy and similar to a Hawaiian-style sauce instead. This was my first time trying Wingstop, so maybe my expectations were a bit high from all the hype online. I may return to try a new flavour once things settle down after opening because the staff genuinely seemed to care and were doing their best, but I don’t think I’ll be coming here anytime in the near future.
