  This Michael Kors store refuses every email offer I receive, while the exact same offers work at Niagara Outlet, Tanger, Vaughan Mills, and other Michael Kors mall stores. The excuses change every time and the customer service is very rude. It feels completely disconnected from the rest of Michael Kors. Michael Kors is good, but NOT THIS LOCATION. This location deserves ZERO star.

  I visited today and was very happy with the service i received, and the crossbody bag i purchased. They always have amazing sale going on. And today I got a bag for $89 with tax, which was $450 regular price. I’m so happy with my purchase. The store is overall very clean, and amazing staff members who assisted me the entire time, since the time i walked into the store. Keep the good work up!
