  Absolutely terrible experience. The hotel has been incredibly inconsiderate and seems to have no understanding that some guests actually need to sleep during the day. I’m working night shifts and have been dealing with unnecessary noise and disruptions throughout my stay. It’s frustrating when you pay for a hotel expecting a basic level of peace and quiet, only to be repeatedly disturbed. The lack of consideration for guests has been ridiculous. I definitely won’t be staying here again.

  My partner and I stayed here for a two-night getaway, and unfortunately, while there were some positives, one issue completely ruined the experience. Let's start with the good. Check-in was quick, the room was clean, and the hotel itself was well maintained. Our front desk associate, was friendly and welcoming. Personally, I found him a little too casual and overly familiar for a hotel check-in, but he was genuinely trying to be nice, so no complaints about his attitude. Now..... We paid roughly $500 for two nights, and both nights we barely slept. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. It wasn't until the next morning that it finally clicked why. The mattress felt exactly like a hospital mattress. Every time either of us moved, it made that crinkly, plastic-like noise. Even with the air conditioning set to 16°C on high all night, we were both hot, uncomfortable, and constantly tossing and turning. Then I looked closer at the bedding. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and worked in the hospitality industry, so I'm pretty familiar with what hotel bedding normally feels like. These sheets felt nothing like the soft cotton hotel sheets you'd expect. Instead, they felt synthetic, plastic-like, and reminded me of hospital bedding. Combined with the mattress, it honestly felt like sleeping on a hospital bed rather than a hotel bed. I even called the front desk to mention it because I genuinely thought something was wrong. Unfortunately, my concerns were laughed off, and nothing was done. Everything else about the room was perfectly fine. But here's the thing... When you're paying around $500 for a weekend stay, comfort isn't optional. The entire purpose of a hotel is to get a good night's sleep, and this was one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I've experienced. To the owner: I noticed you actively respond to Google reviews, so I'm genuinely interested in your response to this one. I hope it's constructive because this isn't about getting something for free—it's about paying premium hotel prices and expecting comfortable bedding. I'll also be reaching out to Best Western Corporate to ask whether this bedding is consistent with the standards they expect from their franchise locations. If it is, fair enough. If it isn't, perhaps Room 227 is a good place to start. Thank you

  Booked through 3rd party, when checking in we were given a very difficult time, booking was not honored. Requests made at time of booking were not honored. Questions asked during a direct call prior to booking were answered incorrectly, and we had to pay extras for there mistakes. We had already paid 3rd party over $200. We had receipt and confirmation in hand. Only to be charged almost $400 more for 1 night stay for 2 adults and 1 dog. This is unacceptable. Never again!

  Located at a prime area not too far from the road. The rooms are decent sized, service is good. Receptionist is pleasing and helpful. They have all the amenities like breakfast included in the price, vending machine which is well stocked all the time, a lot of parking and proximity to nearby cities like Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville and GO station too. Would recommend this hotel especially for the upcoming FIFA.

  What a DUMP. And the hotel requires a $300 deposit?!? I could buy this hotel for $300. And the front desk told me that I have to wait at the lobby after checking out so they can transfer the deposit back to my card. Weaponized incompetence - avoid at all costs.
