  Attended with a large group. Buffet ran out of food, plates and cutlery. Extremely disappointing.

  Highway was closed. I pulled in as the semi trucks were starting to pile up… Room was clean and warm as well as comfortable.

  Seems the rooms are recently renovated! We had a slight hiccup with our room but once we advised the front desk there was immediate assistance and they gave a courtesy call later on to make sure everything was good! The breakfast was delicious and is actually sit down service at a restaurant attached to the hotel so tip the servers! Bring cash or ask to do a tip via the machine, the service was great!

  First of all. I really want to express this was my best experience out of any hotel I have stayed in my life start off with Sherry. I called early and I was exhausted from my drive. She found a way to let me in to get my room early. It was fantastic. I was falling asleep at the wheell. Sherrys coworker Ann! together they are perfect. I have never felt so at home and I could joke around! That is the way a customer should feel. Second off. I’m very bad with names, but the two girls that were serving in the dining room today this morning and this afternoon they topped it off again. I never had better experience anywhere in my life. These two girls work together perfectly. I could joke around being myself and that’s that’s fantastic anyways I just want to throw that out there if I’m in the close area of this hotel. I will make the drive with a little distance to know that I’ll be well taken care of thank you very much Use the grammar I’m using text talk Chuck cheers

  Our room was on the second floor and there must have been some dogs on the floor as we heard barking and that kept on waking up my young son, my wife and myself. Our sleep was terrible. We checked in around 8pm and we were tired if driving all day canda just wanted a good night sleep because the following day we were doing a lot of driving again. Also we had breakfast at the restaurant and when we received the food it was Luke warm, so it must have been sitting in the back waiting for the server to bring it out. Just overall a terrible experience mainly because we needed a good night sleep and we didn't get that. We might as well not stayed atca hotel and just kept driving as we were all so tired in the morning. I feel like I just wasted 28,000 Best Western reward points.
