  The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. That said, there were a few issues that would probably keep me from staying here again. The air conditioner in our room was very loud, the water pressure was mediocre, and there was an odd smell in the room. It wasn’t foul or unbearable, just noticeable and a bit off-putting. Overall, the hotel did some things well, especially cleanliness and service, but the room comfort wasn’t quite where I’d want it to be for a return stay.

  The Good: - Loved the heated pool! - The 24-hour tea and coffee service was a great perk. The Bad: - Cleanliness: The room wasn't up to standard. The windows had a thick residue, and the bathroom (especially the toilet and bathtub) wasn't thoroughly cleaned. - Access: The electronic room key took multiple tries to finally work. - Noise: The AC was very loud and disrupted my sleep. Overall, nice amenities but the room maintenance needs work.

  The lovely ladies all were very friendly exceeded my expectations. Elena, Peggy, Sandra and Jo made our stay very relaxing. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel and will be back, especially to see these ladies. The breakfast was really tasty with lots of options. I can't get over how much i really enjoyed this hotel 😍

  The staff are fantastic, rooms good, walking distance from Chinese food and fast eddies. Close to the 401 to avoid driving through the city on arrival

  The staff were the best part. Rooms dated, smelled musty, breakfast was meh, beds uncomfortable, a/c leaked all over the closet, smoke detectors going off randomly, lots of youth sports teams there making for loud, late nights.
