  We booked the Best Western in Liverpool expecting the reliable standard associated with the brand while attending a nearby wedding, but the overall experience fell well short of the room rate. ​The Positives: ​Check-in: Smooth, quick, and pleasant. ​Comfort: The room and bed were acceptable, and the pillows were noticeably comfortable. ​Where It Fell Short: ​Breakfast Buffet Disaster: We arrived at 8:45 AM to a completely neglected setup. There was virtually no food left, no cutlery, dirty tables everywhere, and the sole staff member working the area was entirely unhelpful. ​The TV required navigating through an app which was complicated and frustrating for our senior mother to use. ​Room View: Our window faced directly onto a construction area with nothing else to look at. ​Poor Value for Money: Compared to what other wedding guests paid at nearby resorts—which were closer to the venue and offered better amenities—our rate felt severely overpriced. ​We chose Best Western relying on the brand name, but it feels like this property is coasting on that reputation rather than delivering basic hospitality standards. Between the filthy breakfast area, poor view, and steep price, we wouldn't recommend staying here.

  Booked in to stay Aug 14-15. Called in a couple hours before to get a room. We arrived and given a room and all was going well. We head to our room and there was a man in the room. He was sitting on the bed with a big Crown Royal, his music was blaring. Can you imaging being a single man in a room, when all sudden a family with 3 three small children open with the door with their key card. They barge in and as fast as they barged in, they immediately escape in utter chaos! So with that story. I had to give service only 3 service. Pam Whynot handled the situation like a champ. Big shout out to her for righting the situation. Rooms and stay was great. Decently quiet rooms. Play pen provided for a baby was no hassle. I couldn’t hear much in the hallway. Breakfast in the morning was above expectations. Definitely make it worth the little more you pay for the stay.

  Very friendly & helpful staff! Rooms are quite comfortable and the water pressure is fantastic.

  The girls at the Liverpool location Aug 1, 26 were absolutely FANTASTIC!! From the front desk to the super friendly cleaning gals and the breakfast gal that worked through a very hectic breakfast with a beautiful smile on her face the whole time. Thank you very much ladies, you made my birthday weekend even better 🎈🎁🎊
