  Second time staying here. Convinient location and lots of parking. Front desk staff are dressed professionally and friendly. Always smiling and great service. Lobby is welcoming and decorated nicely. Rooms are spacious and clean.

  Our stay at the Best Western in Grand Falls was overall decent, with a few notable positives and some disappointments. The room itself was clean and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping standards were solid, and the room felt well maintained. However, we did run into issues with the televisions. They were not fully functional, and we were unable to log into any streaming services. In today’s hotels, this is a fairly basic feature, so it was disappointing not to have it working properly during our stay. Another surprise was breakfast. We had been under the impression that all Best Western Plus hotels include breakfast, but that does not appear to be the case anymore. It would be helpful if this was made clearer at the time of booking, as it was an expectation we had going in. We did bring the TV issue to the hotel’s attention and were offered a 10% discount, which we appreciated and felt did help somewhat to offset the inconvenience. Overall, the stay was fine. Clean room, comfortable beds, and a reasonable resolution to the issue. However, the non-functioning TV features and the lack of included breakfast were disappointing and not quite what we expected from a Best Western Plus property.

  Hey here's the thing. It's a best Western, so giving it a 5 and comparing it to the chateau Whistler isn't the same thing. But the bed was comfy, the breakfast tasty, and they let us store our bikes in a meeting room, so yeah, I really enjoyed my stay and I'm giving them 5 stars.

  Room is over priced. Not worth almost $500/night. Hotel taking advantage of a situation.

  Very nice young lady helped us out when we got stranded on our vacation our other hotel we booked 2 months in advance was a dump. And we couldn't find a motel in the area so we gad to drive another hour to find this one ..and got their last room. Thanks.
