  Fantastic service. Hotel is beautiful and the room was amazing. We had a suite and the kitchen and living room were spotless. The king size bed was so comfortable. The sheets were extremely soft and the bathroom was lovely.

  I booked this hotel at the last minute as a stopover for my family while travelling to our final destination after leaving Montreal later than planned. We arrived very late, around 3:00 AM and the check-in experience was excellent. The reception staff were welcoming, professional and had both suites ready exactly as requested. Having parking directly in front of the hotel made unloading luggage and checking in with the family quick and easy, especially at that hour. The suites were exceptionally clean and well maintained. There were no unpleasant odors, the kitchenette and countertops were spotless and both the full-size and smaller refrigerators were clean and in excellent condition. It was clear that the rooms are well cared for. When it came time to check out, both the gentleman and the lady at the front desk were a pleasure to speak with. Although check-out was scheduled for 11:00 AM, we ended up leaving after 12:30 PM. The staff were incredibly understanding, accommodating and handled everything with genuine kindness and a smile. Unfortunately, we slept in and did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that aspect of the hotel. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. The friendly staff, clean suites, convenient parking and outstanding customer service made this a perfect stopover for our family. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling through Edmundston.

  My husband and I stayed here on our drive south to Nova Scotia and again on our way back home. What we liked about this hotel are the pretty doors, the spacious room, the safety bar in the middle area of the tub/shower, the location near the highway, the comfy beds, the tasty breakfast and other things I can't remember at the moment. It is also minutes away from many restaurants. We highly recommend!

  Really great location if you're planning a stay in the Edmundston area. The lady at reception was very nice, professional and helpful in getting checked in and all set for our stay. Our room was quiet spacious. Well laid out, TV that enabled an HDMI input without hassle. Comfortable bed, clean, nice to find utensils in the kitchenette which had a full stove. There was one MAJOR drawback from our stay. The shower. It leaked more water down the shower than going through the shower head. Per usual with Best Western you get a text message stating how great it is to have you as a guest and if there is anything they can do to make your stay better, just let them know. I responded to the message with a photo and description of the shower situation with the room number. The next message from Best Western was to thank me for staying with them. Obviously no one is manning the text messages or no one cared about what I described. I'll post it here to see if they notice it It's very nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff. The washing machine is on the fritz in that while free to use, it doesn't work well, could use some attention for future guests. It's our second or third time at this property, it continues to have appeal but needs some TLC.
