  We expected a Best Western like we have experienced around the world and we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was under renovations, it was used as an evacuee center, they did not offer free breakfasts, they wanted to charge for parking at first until we complained.

  Hotel is in a deplorable condition, people are running around the lobby and halls, drunk, fighting, creating havoc at all hours. There is no order and has led me to feel rather unsafe. Rooms are in poor condition, broken cabinet doors, missing base trim and rough looking bathrooms. Elevator is in terrible shape, only one works. Pool and gym are currently “under maintenance”. Avoid staying here if possible.

  I was picking my parents up from here. I felt uncomfortable sitting in the vehicle as there were homeless people at the entrance. A homeless man came up to the vehicle begging for money knocking on the window. Than stood in front the vehicle starring until my family came back. There were a few women hunched over clearly on drugs on the edge of the sidewalk. They were there when we picked up my parents and took them back after we went out to eat.

  DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is being used as an emergency shelter to house displaced people, which is fine, but the hotel seems to be lacking basic sanitary requirements with garbage throughout the building, dirty elevators and what seems to be no rules or order being enforced. I was here for about 20 mins and witnessed a fight directly outside the front door, and people yelling in the parking lots. Best western should not be marketing this as a standard hotel, charging around $250/night. I did not spend the night and was able to get a full refund. Extremely unsafe atmosphere, security guards patrolling every floor, choose any other hotel, you'll be glad you did.

  We have stayed at this hotel a few times when we are catching a early flight, we had noticed it had been going down hill but this year we stay January 26th 2026, and it was much worse than the year before, halls and elevator were dirty and smelled, room was ok, the hotel felt very unsafe, a lot of drunks hanging around, the large front doors were broken so we had to go in from the small side door by the restaurant where there were drunks hanging around, I would not let my wife leave the room alone, I have traveled a lot and have stayed at many BW hotels because of the way they were kept, but this one in recent years has really gone down hill, probably won’t go back, when we came back from vacation we did book a different hotel.
