  Very disappointed! I bought a pair of crystal champagne glasses to surprise my wife. She looked at them and didn’t like them. Put them aside and forgot about them for a few weeks. Then went to return them about a month and a half later. Brand new in box, never used and in perfect condition, with receipt and gift receipt. They wouldn’t accept them because the return policy is a fixed 30 days (even with gift receipt). Wouldn’t even give me store credit, or try to work with me. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here ever again, and will not recommend to friends and family.

  Chelsea is amazing and helped me find the perfect gift for my mom, she set up a private experience for us and every detail was perfect. She explained the thought behind every piece she pulled to show us and my mom was blown away and so appreciative. We will definitely be back again to shop with her and at this location!

  We had a great experience here! Kurtis and Luke were both awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their excellent customer service really stood out and made the visit even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated their help and would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!
