    I highly recommend booking a private shopping appointment online in advance to receive a very pleasant and informative shopping experience. I had a very memorable and professional experience with the advisor Luc S. He was not only professional, warm, and hospitable, but also very knowledgeable about all the Tiffany products and the brand itself. He was also very patient and answered my myriad of questions. I highly recommend anyone to book an appointment with Luc if you want a comprehensive, efficient and professional shopping experience. I definitely left the store feeling happy and confident about my purchase. Thanks Luc! 😌

    I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of my Tiffany engagement ring. After only ~18 months of normal wear, I almost lost the diamond due to structural issues with the prongs. When I brought the ring in for assessment, I was quoted a very high repair fee and was not given clear information about the extent of the damage or how many prongs were affected. I was also told that the damage may have been caused by catching the ring on a sweater…. Ultimately, I had the repair completed by a local jeweller for approximately one-quarter of the price quoted by Tiffany. Based on my experience, I expected better quality, transparency, and service from a luxury jewellery brand.

    The instore experience was average, however after the fact to get my jewellery was pleasant. I don't live close by and it has already been 3 weeks since my item has been ready for pick up. Star was helpful to arrange delivery instead - what I don't understand is why other staff never offered that. Anyway, thanks to her, I don't have to spend 3 hours of travel time.

    Kurtis helped my husband with my engagement ring, and he also assisted us with our wedding bands. From measuring our ring sizes to making our time there feel special and helping us choose the best designs, I was impressed by how professional and friendly he was at the same time. He understands how meaningful this experience can be for a couple and supports you with genuine warmth ◡̈♡ One of the highlights was when he showed us how the rings looked under different lighting settings, which really helped us see their unique qualities from every angle. I would highly recommend Kurtis if you’re looking to purchase jewelry here!
