  I had a wonderful experience at Max Mara, and I especially want to recognize Lina for her exceptional customer service. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly right and that I was completely satisfied. Lina was incredibly attentive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Her timely follow-ups and attention to detail really stood out, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making my experience a great one. It’s not often you receive this level of personalized service, and Lina truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for high-quality clothing and a wonderful shopping experience, I highly recommend visiting Lina at Max Mara at Oakridge Park. She is fantastic!

  I wasn't expecting to walk in and find exactly what I'd been looking for. I tried on a printed cotton midi dress with an A-line skirt, gathered crew neck, and inset pockets (very Charlotte York, very Euro summer). The sales team was genuinely helpful without being pushy, pulled the right size without me having to ask twice, and understood the assignment immediately. P.S. The new location at Oakridge Park is stunning too. It has Italian stone with beautiful brass finishes and a pleasing colour scheme. Highly recommend coming in person, the fitting experience alone is worth it.

  One of the staff there is straight up disrespectful. I don’t think she’s up to the luxury goods standard of service. Utterly disappointed in this location. Hopefully management can do some more trainings.

  This store sucks. Will never go there. I don't think disallowing people to bring coffee show in the store is an appropriate corporate treatment or attitude to customers. I can feel free to bring coffee in Holt Renfrew shopping around.
