  I recently visited this boutique and had the pleasure of working with Jenny. She was kind, professional and at no time pressured me into a sale, helping me try numerous models in the showroom. I left buying a Mark XX and an accompanying strap that she helped ship over to my home province. Thanks Jenny!

  I have waited some time before writing this review so I am sure the watch really work as ir should. Here the story: I brought the watch to IWC in Vancouver for a regular service. The watch was returned to me after a service in Toronto and very soon it turned out that it does not work. The date did not change. I brought the watch back. Hoky and Jenny were both very professional and pleasant. The watch was sent back to Toronto for checkup and rework only to be retuned with it still not working. At this point I asked that the watch no longer be worked on by the Toronto watchmakers, but be shipped to Schaffhausen for service. The watch was returned sooner than expected. It is since working the way one expects such a piece to perform. No problems. And this is the moment to, once more, mention the really exceptional service provided by both, Hoky and Jenny. Promises kept, calls returned. Perfect. If it would not be for these two I would give 2 or maybe even 1 star to IWC in this review.

  Fantastic experience at IWC Vancouver. I met Wei several times to look at a variety of timepieces before purchasing my Portugieser Chronograph. Wei was friendly, professional, and never pressured me to make a decision. He was knowledgeable and genuinely interested in horology. I look forward to another experience at IWC Vancouver!

  I had a fantastic experience with Wei! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, incredibly friendly. As someone buying their very first IWC timepiece, I had lots of questions, and Wei guided me through everything with patience and genuine enthusiasm. His expertise and approachable demeanor made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for better service—highly recommended! Thank you, Wei.

  Being a first time buyer for a timepiece can be quite flustering and intimidating; however, my experience at IWC was beyond what I imagined. Cindy’s friendly approach and wide knowledge was what helped me to purchase the perfect wedding gift for my husband. The service I received at Rolex down the street was nothing compared to what I experienced at IWC; thus, for me to return several weeks later to purchase another two timepieces. The watches itself, in general, are exquisite (and I think I would have purchased otherwise) but the level of friendliness, guidance, and service from the staffs was what made it worthwhile.
