  Naz at the Dior Beauty counter provided such a thoughtful and seamless shopping experience. I called ahead about an item I had seen online, and she was incredibly helpful in locating it and setting it aside for my husband to pick up as a gift. Not only did she beautifully gift wrap everything, but she also included a few extra samples, which was such a kind and thoughtful touch. She even took the time to text me updates, making the entire process easy and stress-free for my husband. I truly appreciated her effort, professionalism, and kindness. Exceptional customer service from start to finish!
