  Simply, an extraordinarily poor experience such that I would never return to this storefront: The short version is such that I dropped off a fully functional Bvlgari watch for time based service. My watch was confirmed one month later by Bvlgari after inspection as to only require basic servicing. After month after month of false promises of my watch being returned serviced, I demanded my watch back unserviced after 7 months. it took a further two weeks to get it back. On return, my watch was inoperative and had it sent to Bvlgari New York. They confirmed that internal parts were now broken, and I would have to pay for new parts as well as the servicing. I forwarded said email from Bvlgari to Bvlgari Holt Renfrew without either the benefit or courtesy of reply. My watch was returned from Bvlgari New York fully serviced and repaired within six weeks to my full satisfaction. Bvlgari Holt Renfrew is decidedly not worthy of bearing the Bvlgari name!?!

  Interesting experience here today. Was dealing with the male that works here until his client came in, and he handed my spouse and I over to an older woman with short, reddish brown hair. I asked to see the titanium octo pictured below. She reached into a drawer to bring it out and let me try it on. The clasp was hidden so I needed assistance removing it. She removed it from my wrist and took it away from me without asking if I was done with it, or if I wanted to purchase it. Just took it off my wrist and put it away. I found it odd how abrupt she was and felt as if we were not welcome, so we left. Bvlgari makes some cool timepieces but due to this experience I don’t think I will add one to my collection.
