  Sind im 11.Stock, Suite. Die Matratzen sind sehr sehr weich. Für uns zu weich. ABER- alles andere ist absolut empfehlenswert! Lage, freundliches Personal. PREIS-LEISTUNG=TOP

  A decent hotel in the worst location imaginable. There's screaming and fighting in the streets constantly. Don't stay here unless you have a car lol, because you do not want to be walking around in these trashy alleyways. Overall the place is okay, clean and comfortable but a lot of noise outside.

  Great staff and location. Well maintained property. Desk is right by the elevator so I felt safe as a female traveler. They monitor who is coming and going.

  I parked my car and the hotel lobby service man tried to not let me back in after paying 50$ for parking overnight. It was a huge inconvenience to my night. This was at 11:30 at night in a back ally. The people working during the evening were amazing and said it was okay. The guy at night was rude.

  Lovely large room with separate bedrooms, great for families. Very clean quiet and excellent security. Underground parking was very expensive. $45.00 per night, witch was really our only option. But it’s in downtown Vancouver, so… We were very disappointed in the couch in the living area. This thing was horrible, not just uncomfortable, but the cushions were a disaster. I did advise the property and hopes are they will change that soon. And I will give them the benefit of doubt that this was the only one like this. Not what you would expect from a property of this calibre.
