  If there was a choice of no stars I would put, this customer service rep yesterday was extremely rude and arrogant with very rude demeanour. I forgot to ask for her name but she said she was the assistant manager , my friend had last week gifted me a bag that was in store selling currently but hadn’t given me the receipt. The website policy states that opened the bag is in a plastic bag with all the paper attachments on the ones you can only get from the back when you purchase and I asked for an exchange and she was extremely rude in the way she said no we don’t do exchanges extremely bad customer service they have lost a loyal customer and will make sure my friends and family never shop from the brand

  Michael Kors Outlet provided an excellent shopping experience during my visit. The store was well organized, the selection was good, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. What really stood out, however, was the customer service. The sales associate who helped me was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure I found what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable about the products, answered my questions clearly, and offered assistance without being pushy. It’s always refreshing to receive service that feels sincere and professional. Her positive attitude made the shopping experience much more enjoyable and left a great impression. Customer service like this is one of the reasons people choose to shop in-store rather than online. I would definitely return to this location in the future.

  Products are fine, but the customer service is bad across multiple employees at one given time. I went at a time that was not busy at all where two of their staff were just standing around. I saw a backpack for $149 (last piece - display item), and got to the cash register and was told a price over $200. Cashier tells me that the bag rings in at $199, and I showed her where I found the bag and the sign beside it. Her and the manager decide that the price that it scans at is accurate and that customers "move stuff around", which is understandable on a busy day though it was not at that time. She didn't offer to help me much further. I left the store without it, frustrated, noticing all their other backpacks were on beside signs for $149. I thought to check the official site, and what do you know? It's on sale for $149.
