  Jim at the Front Desk was awesome, as were ALL of the staff, from the Breakfast Hostess, to Housekeeping!! Location was excellent and right beside the waterside!

  The floors where stained and the lamps where grubby with built on dirt from ages ago, ac kept changing temps every five minutes the bathroom was just gross the shower stained yellowish brown the tv was broken and the room was dusty I’ve stayed at many motels this has to be the worst.

  Room super convenient. Very comfortable. Staff nice. Accidentally booked through an agency, so got scammed a bit. Never use a booking agency! Even though it looks like you are booking directly with the hotel, you aren't.

  Rooms old a floors stained, toilets to small no room in bathroom. Sink is not in the bathroom needs complete bathroom renovation. Room needs renovation. Queen size bed is the smallest queen you can buy. And are old need replacement. The breakfast was horrible not the food but what you get eggs chicken sausages and waffles that is it. No bacon no pancakes no hash browns just a horrible breakfast. In Canada BACON is a staple breakfast food make some bacon please Pool was gross looked dirty. One day the pool was hot like a hot tube then the next day freezing cold. O and the hot tub has been broken for over 3 years when are you going to fix that. This place is a dive only thing going for is is they let pets all pets big dogs little dog in every room it seems pet hair in mine. And you pay more for your dog to have the room cleaned not here. Just taking the extra pet money and doing the same have fast cleaning O they are close to the water slides. Please shut down and do a complete renovation or drop your prices to match the what you get $60 a night that is it. Please fix the pool hottube beds bathrooms . Please just do renovations
