  The store was organized, there was a decent selection but the staff were rude and there was a little bit of micro aggression and following me around the store.

  The staff is extremely friendly. I went for a return and forgot to carry my card. The lady was extremely accommodating and did best to help me. Thanks a lot!

  Staff was lying with product. I ask many time about material backpack. Say me pubbled leather. When I check in home it was vegan leather. I can not return because it was clearents. I never back .

  Today happened to be their Coffee brewing appreciation day. There were lots of shoppers in the store, like shoulder to shoulder. As I was eyeing a sale item, a very amicable associate Natasha actually took time to accommodate many of my requests until I was fully served. After paying for my items, I was waiting in line for my free ice latte. A nice lady walked by and gave me directions on how to order. Erika was the manager on duty, she was approachable, kind, and helpful. This store was definitely my preferred location because of their customer service. Thank you team!
