  Really disappointed with the lack of assistance I received from the staff. I recently purchased a Michael Kors watch and needed some help adjusting the band one more size down to fit my wrist. When I asked for assistance, the staff first asked whether I had purchased it from that particular location. When I explained that I had purchased it from another branch, they refused to help or even take a look at the watch. I was told that because different locations may carry different collections, I would need to return to the original store where I purchased it. I found this extremely inconvenient and honestly quite disappointing, especially when purchasing from a global brand. What happens if the watch was purchased online or as a gift? Shouldn't customers be able to receive basic product assistance at any Michael Kors location? I understand that there may be store-specific policies, but refusing to even assess whether they could help felt unnecessarily unhelpful. I expected much better customer service and support from the brand.

  A bit of a back story. I ordered a bag online, even thou I loved the bag it was just to big. Rather than making the same mistake twice I decided to go to the store, and I'm so glad I did. The bag I came to buy would have been a mistake for being to small. The women working there help me make a good decision shoing me another bag that I love. She was so nice and lovley. Her name is Bella. She even went into the back to grab a brand new one over just handing me the one from the shelf. I don't know if Bella is the store manager or not but she needs to be. I have delt with a lot of people over the years, nothing like this. Amazing wonderfull person just lovley.
