  Room with two beds, we each took our own bed because both beds were worn out on one side. So could not sleep together if you wanted any back support.

  Friendly front desk staff, excellent breakfast. Outdoor pool was fun but a bit grimy. Rooms/beds were comfortable and modern, but could use a better cleaning. Lots of mystery stains on the carpets and furniture, and random hairs in the bathroom and linens. That’s just what’s visible to the naked eye… Also although it appears to be a quiet hotel with families out during the day and tucking in early at night, the soundproofing wasn’t great. Could hear the people about us when they were walking around, as well as people running down the corridor and slamming doors. Expecting a bit more quiet and cleanliness based on the price and other reviews.

  Our experience was comfortable. The staff was quite attentive to our needs and questions, and when a Tums was desperately needed late in the evening, the staff sought it out and found it for us in the bending machine. It would be great if robes were offered to all guests, rather than just the executive suite guests, as this was on the website which was a bit misleading. It would be great for the pool. The pool is a reasonable size, and there are two hot tubs. Having breakfast available with stay was very convenient. A good variety of breakfast available. The shuttle was a clean and spacious van (photos in review). Overall, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Great for family's and couples traveling through.

  The two staff members working at the Best Western Revelstoke this evening—a young woman and a young man—truly saved our evening. Although they no longer had any rooms available, they didn’t just send us away. Instead, they went above and beyond to help us until they found us an available room in a town about an hour away. They even gave us a bottle of water and a hot chocolate before we left, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a very stressful situation. Thank you both so much for your kindness, patience, and outstanding service! We will never forget how much you helped us!

  This hotel looks really great but is extremely overpriced. The location is excellent with easy highway access and a pathway to get under the bridge to the other side of the highway where there is a nice park and a few fast food restaurants. It was quiet and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had a couple issues and when I went to the front desk, nobody was there. I came back and still no staff were there, so I will mention it here. The floor in our room was so dirty that we had to wash our feet several times. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The mattress was about 10 years overdue for replacement and neither of us slept well. There wasn’t enough coffee at the breakfast area and my husband wasn’t able to get a coffee. I was only able to get about ¾ of a cup. No staff was around to ask for more but it was very busy. There were several options for breakfast but both times I went to get some, there were empty shelves where I’m guessing there were supposed to be pastries. We had to stop nearby to pay for breakfast after paying so much to stay here, it just wasn’t a great experience at all.
