  Terrible experience. Complimentary breakfast was very poor. Dirty amenities and the and top of everything was charged for a different rooms noise complaint without any consultation. Will never stay here again. BUYER BEWARE. Thank you for your response. However, it completely misses the core issue of my review: the lack of professional courtesy, communication, and basic investigation before financially penalizing a guest. My primary grievance is that no one from your staff consulted with me regarding the noise complaints before assessing a charge to my card. Had your team taken the time to properly investigate the situation rather than making assumptions, you would have discovered that the disturbance was caused by other hotel guests who came to disrupt our room—not by our group initiating a disruption in the hallway.

  Stayed here for 2 Nights the beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing I recommend this hotel if your in Kamloops for business or a vacation

  The pool and gym dont seem to be very well ventilated so we didnt feel comfortable using the amenities. But very clean and excellent location for where we needed to be.
