  Great customer service! Kudos to Raghav for helping me with my hotel booking! Kind, understanding, and professional individual. He doesn't promise anything, he just delivers result! Would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

  Vile and disgusting. Dirt, cigarette butts everywhere, discarded garbage and cigarette butts right outside my window and balcony. Smell of marijuana in the elevator, blood on the towel in my room. No onsite restaurant as advertised and a complete lack of service and understanding from the staff and no call from the management despite repeated requests and promises.

  We stay here every time we're in the area. It's not the fanciest of hotels but totally solid across the board and the employees are always the nicest and professional people. 5-star staff!

  This is the perfect place to stay if you're visiting mount Washington. It's way cheaper than staying at the mountain. The rooms are decent. Breakfast isn't bad either.

  We stayed at the Westerly 9 or 10 years ago and it was a little dated, but on this trip I figured it would have had renovations by now. I was wrong. The lobby is decent but rooms show their age and smell funny. The restaurant is closed, but the breakfast bar is open. 1 employee has to manage the breakfast bar and both mornings the leftovers were quite lean and meager. We felt bad for the fellow. Trying to check out and no one at the desk. Sign said "back in 5 minutes" but the other guests told me they had been waiting over 20 minutes before I got there. Usually Best Western's I have stayed at have been old but fairly well maintained. This one needs some attention. Our bathroom was pretty grungy with dirty tiles, paint chipping off the door, and poor water pressure. Our family had 3 identical rooms and all of us paid a different rate which was rather odd. I don't think I would return.
