  We went for watch shopping and Zara helped us to find out the perfect watch as per our recommendation. She was nice, really impressed by her customer service ❤️, we took her some extra time she was helping us with her pretty smile. Overall, really impressed with her customer service.

  Somewhat decent selection of handbags, but the customer service left me disappointed. I was looking for a specific crossbody bag, but they only had the display model available. I asked if they could order a new one for me, and the employee suggested I just buy the display bag, saying it was "perfectly brand new." I explained that I preferred a bag that hadn't been handled by multiple customers. She reluctantly agreed to order one but then suggested I should buy different bags instead, even after I'd said I wanted that specific style. She literally replied with "You know, I actually like these handbags better. They go with many outfits." Like what? I'm the one who gets to decide what I want to buy, not you. To make matters worse, I was initially told I'd receive a 10% discount, but after placing the order I was informed the system couldn't apply the discount because it was an online order, even though it was being arranged in-store. That felt inconsistent and disappointing. Overall, I didn't feel that my preferences as a customer were respected, and the experience left me with a poor impression of the service.
