  We stayed here for a work trip and it was great. High quality rooms, and the breakfast excellent. We visit a lot of hotels for work, and this breakfast went way beyond expectations for such a small town. The mini waffles were a real standout.

  For a diamond best western I expected better. The lobby had a strange smell and our room also. We had to get a air freshener to remove the foul smell. It is quite clear maintenance is not top priority as the portable mirror is not attached properly and instead of replacing non functioning cameras, they are left up and plug in ones added. The phones in the rooms don't work either. Very disappointed there is no pool. The free breakfast on the other hand was great and the cleanliness of the food area was top notch.

  Bed was dirty, pillows had lots of makeup/stains on it. Hotel phone was not working. A towel that seemed used. Wrappers in the sofa.
