  So here's the thing, I really wanted to like staying here. I recently stayed at this best western plus for 4 days. Very unfortunately it wasn't what I expected. First off, i will say check in was very easy and the front desk person was very friendly. Now I expected the beds to be similar to other best westerns ive stayed in, these were hard and not pillow top at all. The pillows I was given were half sized pillows (good thing I brought my own). The first night of my stay i was told they were doing line painting the next morning, the note was very confusing (as it was for everyone as I found out) in where we should park. I was called to move my car the next morning after a late night. For future reference, just say, "park on the time hortons side" thats it, that's all you would of had to say. So, now im excited to go in the pool and hottub, the pool was freezing cold, again not the only guest to say so and there was clumps of hair in the water for the whole time I was there. I dont think the pool was cleaned at all. The hottub had tiles replaced on the sitting part but they were put on in such a way that if you moved over the tiles caught your legs. I had scrapes all along the back of my legs. The two biggest reasons I booked here were the beds and the pool area, both were a massive let down. I will give you points, the room was clean and the staff was friendly, thats about the extent of it. Again I really wanted to like this stay, I did not.

  had a very nice and relaxing stay at Best Western Plus. The hotel had a calm and peaceful atmosphere, which made it a great place to rest and feel comfortable. The staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming, and I always felt treated with respect. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially appreciated the housekeeping staff because they were very nice, friendly, and respectful. They did a great job keeping everything clean and making sure the room was comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast. There was a nice selection of food and drinks, and it was a convenient and relaxing way to start the morning. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The clean rooms, peaceful atmosphere, friendly staff, helpful housekeeping team, and enjoyable breakfast made my experience very comfortable. I would definitely stay at Best Western Plus again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing hotel.

  Excellent Stay at Best Western Plus St. Albert!We had a fantastic stay at this property. The entire hotel is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean.Rooms: Exceptionally quiet, spacious, and equipped with very comfortable beds.Amenities: The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness centre are well-kept and clean.Perks: Enjoyed a delicious complimentary hot breakfast and fast, free Wi-Fi.Service: Front desk staff were professional, welcoming, and highly accommodating.Location: Conveniently located right on St. Albert Trail with quick access to local shopping and dining.Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

  I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus! The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room clean, fresh, and well organized. The bathroom was spotless, the linens were fresh, and the room was maintained beautifully throughout my stay. The staff were also outstanding—friendly, professional, respectful, and always willing to help. Everyone I interacted with made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Their attention to detail and positive attitude really made a difference. I truly appreciate the hard work of both the housekeeping team and the entire staff. They provided excellent service and helped make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Best Western Plus!
