  My bag started coming apart after only a year and a half of use. I have cheaper bags that I’ve used for four years and they are still in perfect condition. I’m very disappointed with the quality. Customer support isn’t good.

  Pathetic Customer Service from Michael Kohr Cross Iron store. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received regarding a complaint about a men's wallet and card case that I purchased from the CrossIron Mills Michael Kors outlet over a year ago Feb 2025 Despite repeatedly contacting customer service and providing all requested details on multiple occasions, my issue remains unresolved. Each time I follow up, I receive the same response—that customer service is awaiting feedback from the CrossIron outlet store. Unfortunately, the store has never bothered to address my concerns or provide any meaningful update. It is unacceptable that after more than 6 months of waiting, there has been no resolution, no accountability, and no effort from the store to assist a customer who has made a legitimate complaint. I have spent considerable time following up and resubmitting information, only to be met with silence and inaction. This experience has left me with the impression that the CrossIron outlet especially the Manager does not value its customers or take customer concerns seriously. The lack of communication and failure to resolve a long-standing issue reflects very poorly on the Michael Kors brand. This store does not deserve even rating 1 on 5....
