  I had to buy a gift for my sister and Ankita at MK was incredibly helpful. She approached me and offered her assistance, then gave me great advice while I was choosing a bag for my sister. She was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and stayed nearby throughout my shopping in case I needed any further help. I really appreciated her excellent customer service and effort she made to make my shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Ankita, for your wonderful assistance! Highly recommended.

  Stopped by here while I was having a bit of a rotten day and all of the staff were so amazing, completely turned my day around! Yuvraj greeted me when I got into the store (and then convinced me to buy a stunning purse, lol!), and the entire experience was so wonderful. The cashier was so lovely as well! I’m not much of a “designer” shopper usually, and this store location is admittedly quite out of my way, but I will definitely be back :)

  Cashier name Prana might be spelling is wrong but she need to speak nicely with customers if store is getting closed. Speaking aggressively and rude is not the right way with customers. Other employees which are working with her is totally nice and normally said sorry that our store is closed which is totally understandable. Please try to give them training or trying to be nice with customers Thnx

  The current manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I only went in to return my work items and exchange one item, but the way she spoke to me was disrespectful and inappropriate. A manager should know how to communicate with people professionally. Because of my experience with her, I would never want to deal with her again and would not recommend her as a manager.
