  Was at Michael Kors today to purchase a bag with my wife, We bought One bag and our sales associate Alina was very helpful, funny and attentive. She went to find the bag my wife wanted and chatted to our child also, making all of us feel included and comfortable. Much appreciation to Alina!

  I went to Michael Kors to resize my watch, which I purchased from the outlet store in Edmonton. Eva was the one who helped me, and she was absolutely amazing. I have a very small wrist, so she had to go back and forth three times to get the perfect fit. Not once did she hesitate or show any frustration, she was so patient, kind, and genuinely happy to help. She made sure the watch fit exactly the way I wanted. As someone who’ve worked in customer service, I truly appreciate people like her. Eva is a great example of excellent customer service. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

  I came in today, January 17, around 11:40 a.m., and I was assisted by a Filipina staff member wearing black. She processed my refund because the item was too big for me. She was very nice, approachable, and professional. However, I would like to share a different experience I had last Saturday, January 10, around 3–4 p.m., when I initially planned to return the item. The staff member who assisted me, I believe she was Korean or Japanese, asked me to look for the receipt of the watch in my email and then left without saying anything. I found her behavior rude, as a customer should not be left without any explanation. Thankfully, another staff member with short blonde hair assisted me afterward and took the time to explain the available watch options. I truly appreciated her help.
