  I had such a great experience here! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to mention Val. She was so kind, attentive, and easy to talk to. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me find something I genuinely loved. She made the whole experience feel very natural and personal, rather than just like a shopping trip. It’s always nice to come across someone who clearly enjoys helping people and takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Had such a lovely experience at Michael Kors Chinook! The store has a great atmosphere, and the staff are always warm, professional, and genuinely interested in helping. I really appreciate how they take the time to listen to what you’re looking for instead of just trying to make a sale. They offer thoughtful suggestions, help you find different options, and make the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure shopping here, and the customer service is definitely a big reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

  The blond lady there is extremely rude. And the sales associate with her captain asked me if she could help. Okay, I was only in there for about 5 minutes. And she asked me about 4 times already. I usally shop online but i decided to go in-big mistake. When i was looking bags shes comes to the sales associate near me and kept staring at me. Mind you i had just stepped in. I felt like they were talking about me and friend constantly. I will be reporting this to head office.

  Michael Kors Chinook Staffs are the best. Just found the perfect bag that will add to my bag collection. The shopping experience with them are always top notch and unforgettable. Always leaving the store with happy experience and always look forward for my next shopping time with them.

  I am a loyal, long-time customer who frequently purchases from Michael Kors online, but my experience at the Chinook Centre storefront was absolutely appalling. I came in to process a return, and the staff made me feel like a criminal. It was incredibly embarrassing and completely uncalled for. The customer service at this location is a 1-star at best. The General Manager, in particular, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. This isn't the first time I’ve had an issue with her, but it will definitely be the last. I will be staying far away from this location and will never bring my business back here. Thank you for saving my money—I'll take it elsewhere.
