  Had such a fun and amazing shopping time with Valeriia. She help me decide which bag suits me the most. Whenever I need a question, she is always there. Left the store with happy and excitement for the new addition to my bag collection.

  I am a loyal, long-time customer who frequently purchases from Michael Kors online, but my experience at the Chinook Centre storefront was absolutely appalling. I came in to process a return, and the staff made me feel like a criminal. It was incredibly embarrassing and completely uncalled for. The customer service at this location is a 1-star at best. The General Manager, in particular, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. This isn't the first time I’ve had an issue with her, but it will definitely be the last. I will be staying far away from this location and will never bring my business back here. Thank you for saving my money—I'll take it elsewhere.
