  Super clean rooms as always and friendly staff! Dannis the best front liner! I love their free breakfast especially the coffee vending machine in the lobby! Anytime i want hot drinks or even just hot water it’s always available. I always come back on this location, best Best Western so far compared to some locations that i stayed in. Near train stations too if you’d like to explore downtown Calgary and doesn’t want to drive as the parking is so hard.

  Overall a decent hotel in an convenient location. The only issue is noise. You will hear the person in the room above you, Even worse: we were woken up several times between midnight and 4 am by kinds running around the corridors and yelling. Also, there was background noise. When it was unbearable at 3:45 am I went out of my room an saw 3 teenagers watching tiktok vidoes on a couch a few meters away from our room. Their comment: the others are the loud ones... I went to the receiptionist who was litterarally sitting below them and he wasn't aware of the issue, but finally took action.

  L' esperienza è stata positiva. Segnalo però che, quantomeno nella mia camera, il calpestio del piano superiore era molto molto fastidioso. Sembrava stessero giocando una partita di calcio. Sicuramente clienti agitati e con il piede pesante, però anche l'isolamento forse è carente. Buona la posizione se dotati di auto per raggiungere il centro.

  I recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western Plus hotel, and overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, relaxed, and well organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. After spending time exploring the area, it was great to come back to a quiet and relaxing space. The room had the essential amenities I needed, and everything was arranged in a practical way. I also appreciated the attention given to cleanliness and general upkeep throughout the property. Another highlight was the convenient location. The hotel was easy to access and provided a good base for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and other local highlights. Having important places within easy reach made my visit much more convenient and enjoyable. I also liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The common areas were comfortable, and the service was consistently pleasant. The breakfast and other available facilities added extra convenience to my stay, especially when I wanted to start the day without having to travel somewhere else for basic necessities. Overall, my stay at Best Western Plus was a positive and memorable experience. It offered a good balance of comfort, cleanliness, friendly service, and convenience. I would happily recommend it to travelers looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay. I would also consider staying here again during a future trip.

  We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Calgary from Thursday through Sunday, and I felt compelled to share how much of a difference one person made to our stay. From the moment we arrived, Dan at the front desk welcomed us with a genuine smile and a level of kindness that immediately made us feel at home. Our check-in was effortless, but what really stood out was the sincere interest he took in making sure we had the best possible experience. He recommended restaurants, suggested places to visit around the city, and took the time to answer our questions with enthusiasm and care. It's easy to do the basics of a job, but it's much harder to make guests feel valued. Dan did exactly that. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail turned what would have been just another hotel stay into a truly memorable experience. People like Dan are the reason guests return. He is a tremendous asset to your team and a wonderful ambassador for your hotel. Please pass along our heartfelt thanks and recognize him for the outstanding service he provides.
