  We (a couple) stayed from August 15 to August 20, and overall had a great experience. The breakfast was a standout: eggs, tater tots/hashbrowns, pancakes available daily, plus a yogurt machine with granola, juice dispensers for apple and orange juice, a coffee machine, assorted breads, and more. Easily a 5/5 breakfast. One thing that wasn’t ideal was the water‑filling setup. We don’t drink tap water, and when we asked the front desk, they said the only water refill station is inside the gym. Since the gym closes at 10 p.m., it’s not helpful if you need water at midnight or early morning. It would be great if the hotel added a water station near the lobby or elevators for easier access at any time. The rooms are on the smaller side, but perfectly fine if you plan to spend most of your day exploring and only need a comfortable place to sleep. The bathrooms are even more compact, but functional. We arrived late at around 12:30 a.m. on August 16 (checking time was 4 pm on Aug 15! but our flight was extremely delayed) and initially couldn’t find parking, though I managed to squeeze in near the entrance. For the rest of the stay, parking was available without any issues. The hot pool was excellent—clean, well‑maintained, and stocked with towels.

  I stayed here August 2026. My room flooded middle of night. It almost killed me & my friend. My friend whos a heart patient had a chest pain for 2 days because the flood woke us up middle of night. Staff was no help. Nobody helped us to move our belongings into another room. Manager Marites Nathoo never called me or talked to me personally. She/ he still arguing with me on the emails to give me my money back for the stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel with manager like him/her who unable to understand the stress this incident caused.

  The staff were fantastic in helping us organise a group booking for our soccer team. They made the process of booking multiple rooms at the hotel really easy. Our stay here was fantastic. I will happily come here again!

  I will not be returning to this particular hotel establishment in the future. My reservation was a last-minute arrangement, and I inadvertently booked this specific hotel. Furthermore, upon inspection, I discovered a bloodstain on one of the blankets provided in the room. The only thing good about the stay, was the breakfast.

  We were quite disappointed in our stay here. I booked the room almost a year before we stayed and had read comments on social media it was being renovated. I thought maybe by the time out stay rolled around the renovations would be complete and I also had points to use which aided in the decision to stay at Best Western. Fast forward to the week before our stay I got an email reminding me of our reservation with a picture of the room we had assumed we were getting. It was bright and renovated so I thought we had lucked out and renovations were complete. When we got to the hotel we were given a room on the 1st floor. We proceeded to walk down a dark hall that seemed like a maintenance or facilities hall with carts, boxes and stuff all in the hallways. We went inside our room and it was so extremely dark, and it smelt so strongly of a mix of chlorine, chemicals and cleaning supplies. I noticed a window and went to go look out at and it was a view of the indoor pool, no outside window view. I could only assume the strong smell was coming from the pool, and from the cleaners attempts of masking the pool chemical smell in the room. We then proceeded to spend our one night stay with the terrible smell in the room (causing burning eyes and headaches), and listening to screaming kids in the pool. I am not sure why it was even a decision to place a booking of two adults next to a pool side room. Or why I would get an email of one room, but get the complete opposite. On top of that the room was so old and outdated, there were cracks in the wall, the tv kept cutting in and out, the AC didn't work that great and so much discoloration in the shower. We were only staying one night so decided to just suck it up and deal with it but in reality I should have went to the front desk and asked for a different room. The parking lot is also very small and hard to navigate when it is full. I would not recommened this place to anyone but if you do stay, don't get a 1st floor room.
