  The sales staff is great and I don’t blame them for all this. We got the initial order very quickly and were impressed. But when we started putting everything together we realized that that they had sent the wrong covers. It took more than two weeks to get the correct ones. So we had to assemble all the furniture and sit on it bare for over two weeks. Then we had to disassemble everything and put on the correct covers. We also had to deal with returning the old covers. Now one of the recliners has stopped working. We let them know several days ago and they are yet to respond. All of this has happened in the first month of our purchase. So. We aren’t happy.

  Stopped in to check out the couches, and ended up receiving the best service possible from Kelly. She engaged us in a wonderful conversation. Let us know all of the products you had to offer, and really made the experience memorable. She deserves recognition for superb people skills, product and technical knowledge. Although we are still debating on if these couches are right for our family, I wanted to ensure she didn't go unrecognized. You're awesome Kelly!

  Gabriel in the Greenville, SC store was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly what to ask in order to find out what worked best for our family. We look forward to our love sac arriving and will most certainly work with Gabriel again when we’re ready to purchase more.
