At checkout, I was charged $44.99 per pair — a sale price I never asked for. When I pointed out that the coupon should apply, I was told it couldn't be used on sale items. Here's where it gets absurd: I offered to pay the full regular price of $55.00 each, which would have brought my total to $110 and made the coupon valid. The associate refused, saying it "couldn't be done." So DXL would rather lose the sale than honor a coupon — even when the customer volunteers to pay MORE. This is textbook bait-and-switch. They advertise coupons that are structured to be nearly impossible to redeem. Shop here at your own risk.
