Chloe and Robin were brilliant this morning at the breakfast service. 2 adults, 4 excited kids, and all so happy and catered for. We love coming here for amazing value for money, great communications, and huge variety of choice. Thank you team!

Overall an excellent experience - 4 stars for the room as our wash basin tap only gave out cold water, but apart from that you know what you’re getting in a Premier Inn room. Service was again, particularly good at breakfast where Chloe our server was excellent. On location, you just need to be careful on parking particularly if you end up in station car park - we found on a multi night stay charges are not as straightforward as it may seem & you could end up facing a charge if you leave & come back even if you think you’ve paid for the full duration.

Stayed for 3 nights. Good location and pleasent staff. Breakfasts need better organistion. Managed to get a parking spot and didn't move the car for the stay. one lift broken and has been for months aparently. Overal OK but have nstayed in better Premier Inns.

Ideal base, stepping stone if you plan to visit Brighton. We chose here as only 20 mins by train (£8 return) to avoid the hustle and hustle of the city. Premier Inn okay, what expected, but it is what it says on the tin! That said, it suited our plans, as only 5 min walk to the station.

The hotel was ideally situated for my sister and I to visit family. There were a few issues in the room there were a couple of big cobwebs, barely any toilet paper or shampoo and body wash in the bathroom and the door had a large gap down the right hand side where light shined in and you could see out when the lights were out. We went out for the day and asked reception if we could have some more toilet paper and soap/shampoo and a few of our towels to be changed as they were rather wet and we were told that would be done. When we came back from a day out the towels were still on the floor where we left them and the other things had not been replenished either, I did report it and would like to say how wonderful Annabel was was really kind and very efficient as she instantly came and sorted it for us. She was extremely apologetic also. At dinner Annabelle was amazing again nothing was too much trouble and we had the nicest meals thanks to Zak & Kevin in the kitchen. I’m sure we will back and things will be better. Thank you Annabel you restored our faith in Premier Inn Haywards Heath as we stay in Premier Inns all over the country.
