  The staff on entry are more than helpful and very amicable, the service went above and beyond and we were made to be very comfortable.....Thank you check-in staff!!

  L’accueil était très souriant, très aimable et très serviable. On a trouvé les chambres spacieuses, propres et bien décorées. Le petit dej était très bien. Enfin c’est à 10 minutes à pied du terminal Nord. Top.

  Excellent location. 5-10 mins easy walk to airport. Parking right outside which is super convenient. Think it was £27 for 24 hours so about average.

  Not happy at all book at you own risk. Taxi to and from airport extortionate, Gatwick hoppa bus reasonable and drop you at the front door, if you’re driving the carpark is very expensive, our room was clean at first instant glance but when you started looking into it, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed. The shower was a complete letdown, totally broken water spraying everywhere, the bathroom smelled of damp and I happened to find a toothpick under my bedside. And the windows could do with a serious clean.

  the staff couldn't be more helpful in all departments of this hotel and i couldn't thank Leanna more for keeping my table and food order on standby while i had to dash to drop my bags off for the twilight drop off she was so understanding and felt like you was made to matter not just another customer in passing thank you leanna and to all the staff for making what can be a stressful time travelling with family and young kids into a walk in the park
