  Checked in before our early flight. Great location for the airport. The staff were fantastic! We were celebrating our anniversary, as soon as the staff realised, the manager (Stephen) brought a bottle of wine to our table with a really sweet hand written note to say congratulations. It was a really nice touch. The food was really good too, the double stack burger was juicy and delicious. Our waitress was called Monika, she was really lovely, she couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 Thank you to the whole team! Will and Danny x

  Our organizer 'accidently' booked Premier Plus and can't really say it was much better than a normal room, just a coffee machine. The glasses were dirty but other than that a very comfortable night's sleep in a clean room. At our evening meal, Monika, our waitress was amazing, friendly efficient and not too pushy with trying to add extras. Once she found out there was a big birthday in our group, there was a card and a bottle of wine delivered to the table. The food was delicious at both eveni g meal and breakfast. Easy to get to and from airport on the bus. Would definitely stay here again

  We stayed here recently and the restaurant was the real surprise. We expected a standard hotel meal deal and got something much better. food was excellent, well prepared, and far above what we usually find in hotel restaurants ,especially the pork ribs. Every dish we tried was flavourful and carefully presented, and we’d happily eat there again even if we weren’t staying. A special thanks for our server Monika, who looked after us. She was warm, attentive, and made the whole meal feel welcoming.

  Rooms amazing, super comfy and great sleep as always. The staff from the moment we walked in all were super friendly, helpful and Monika in the restaurant was fantastic from entry to end with an amazing added extra of a present for my brothers Special birthday. Just a 5 min bus ride from north terminal London Gatwick. The food in the restaurant very delicious.

  We stay quite regularly at this hotel for a night away, and are always so impressed with how friendly and accommodating the staff are. The restaurant is lovely aswell and always has new lovely items to the menu. In particular, Ellie in the restaurant provided fantastic service on a recent visit, was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!
