  Clean hotel but crazy crazy hot. Temperature over 30 degrees even with the window open wide an 2 fans running. Impossible to sleep

  So we stayed here on the 3rd July. We got to hotel around 7.30pm. Waited for 30 minutes before the only staff member service us. Got are room and walk in and back out. It was dirty and full of dust. So went back to reception and waited again to be seen. To be given another room the same. Plus none of them had plugs at the side of the bed as due to medical condition after having brain surgery twice. The guy on the desk tried to call other hotels in the area to move us but not one hotel would pick up the phone. So now over 90 minutes after we got there still didn't have a room. So now the 4th time the guy found a room with a plug but the room was still very dirty and had cob webs. The front on house reception desk please see pictures. I don't think there main head office looks like the pictures. Sent what app message fri 3 july plus email. Said 5 days and they get back to me and nothing. So 7 days later I called them from my hotel room in Tenerife. Spent a hour on the phone. Promise me loads of times a manger called Mustafa would call or email me. Within 2 days. And now we on the 4th day and still no call or email. This hotel is in a major state of repairs from top to bottom. But they still want to to pay full price. Please think twice if your booking there and look at the pictures attached. So as you see they sent me a email and now after me saying that the people from there customer service team would call me they now want me to spend over another hour plus on the call centre number. Please leave or email me privately we a email or phone number to call. As I really dont think you get customer service. Why after me saying what I did you want me to go back to the people that didn't care one bit about customer service. It's a joke that a big company like yours say all the things you do on national television but when a customer calls you out you want me to start it all over again. So now after another week has past not one person from Premier inn has got in touch with me. Looks like they don't take customer service very seriously. Will now be trying to get hold of there CEO and let them know what has been happening. Has think they really need to know what's happening within there customer service team.

  The hotel is nice, clean, and friendly. However, they didnot provide tooth brush, so need to bring your own.

  Decent hotel and well situated, however it's next to a busy road and when the windows were open (no Aircon in rooms) then it disturbed the kids. Food was ok and lots of other options are available as well. In our family room one bed was a temporary one which didn't fit our second child, his feet were hanging out the bottom and we could tuck the bottom sheet in because the mattress was built into the frame. We worked around it but wasn't ideal or what we normally get in family rooms. Staff were all excellent though, we asked for an extra fan which was no issue, and everyone we spoke to was polite, friendly and helpful.
