The room was VERY hot, and there was no way to cool it down. The room had those windows that only opened an inch to stop people jumping out, but it meant that no cold air could get in. I asked at reception and they sorted me a little fan. Bad rooms, but decent service.

I stayed here June 2026. We had a man chase myself and another female to our rooms. The staff handled this in the best way they could have, however due to Premier Inns terrible security and surveillance our police referral will not be taken any further. I feel that it is important to state that women travelling and staying in Premier Inns are NOT safe. If a serious assault had occurred, I can only imagine that Premier Inn would not support these individuals with the evidence they need.

Stayed over for tough mudder. Rooms were clean and the soft bed really helped! The stand out were how friendly all the staff were, especially Natalie who really made us feel looked after. Will definitely be staying here again next year!

Conveniently located hotel with onsite parking. Nice, refurbished rooms although the pub is in desperate need of updating. The staff were fabulous; super-friendly and helpful.
