  Currently having an extension to make it bigger, is only a mile from the train station and has a Tesco Extra within walking distance. As it was under construction/modernisation, inclusive breakfast consists only of basic three or four cereals, x4 fresh fruit and instant porridge pots. No hot food is available. Room was very clean, is in a quiet industrial estate and has free parking. You'll need to register your car or face fines which the receptionist didn't tell me, my colleague told me so I informed this other receptionist and he said if I got a notice/fine, to forward it back to the hotel and they'd verify it on my behalf.

  On arriving the staff are all fantastic and really pleasant and helpful. Staying in one of the new rooms this week and they are really nice & modern , and what with the work to new rooms , will be a nice when it’s finished. Ideal to were i need to be at moment. Brilliant

  We had quite a few nights here due to being in between moving. No restaurant as having restoration work but free breakfast and coffee to help yourself to in reception. Staff all lovely but big shout out to Mandy afternoon/evening staff she was so lovely.

  Very comfortable stay at this hotel. The restsurant was closed so tgey provided free continental breakfast which was a bonus. Receptionist Louise was very helpfull and friendly. Hotel not too far from Brighton.

  Wow where do I start with this review I have stayed here on a few occasions and everytime I am met with the amazing receptionist Zac . Honestly he could not do more for you. Always got a smile on his face happy to help with anything , soon as i came in he offered to take my suitcase up the stairs . When I went into the room I found it quite hot but told Zac about this and he offered me another room but I ended up staying in the my room and we got the aircon working ! Zac even offered an extra fan he had at his desk the fact he offered this to simply shows you the type of person he is . I am autistic so to feel cool and comfortable was so important for me Zac is asset to your team and to his family you can really tell he has been brought up right with how he always wants to help in anyway he is polite and just a pleasure I hope this review means he gets the recognition he deserves! Look forward to visiting again when the restaurant and bar area is up and running . Please pass on this feedback to Zac personally from myself as he made my experience a good one ! He always does and remembered me which for me is lovely that he takes his job seriously. Thanks again Zac and to the team . I only met Zac on my stay and another lady at the desk ( sorry forgot your name but was also lovely to . And asked to pass on this feedback to. 5 stars 🌟
