  The rooms are very dated, and in need of some refurbishment, tape on carpet in hallway, plus I came out with bites. The breakfast was not appealing at all, the food looked like it probably had been sat under heat lamps and the restaurant could do with some updating, maybe some paint. Overall I wouldn’t be staying here again, not for a £150 a night, we have stayed in many premier inns, but this has to be the worse one we have stayed in.

  We stayed for the Goodwood festival of speed, probably this explains the high pricepoint. We paid 635 euros for two persons for two nights. Considering the price, the hotel was not up to the standard. The linnen and the bathroom was clean, but the room was dusty. We had to leave early in the morning at 07:00 and breakfast started at 07:00 so this was not possible. The hotel looked short on maintenance. For half the price it would have been ok.

  We have been coming 3 years in a row. Rooms are always set up as requested as we have extra children. Rooms are beautifully clean and the beds are made perfectly and very comfortable. The children have also said the extra pull out beds are comfy, surprising as they are normally hard in other hotels we have stayed. Breakfast in the morning is simply layed out but everything you need is provided and topped up regularly ensuring enough for all, always. The service from all staff, day and night is kind and attentive. They go above and beyond for us every year. We never feel let down and they engage so well with all the children, we bring 6. We ill happily book again and bring friends again next year.
