  Disappointing lack of customer service. I booked four rooms at Premier Inn Heswall for my son's wedding weekend at the end of June 2026. We were informed only a few weeks before arrival that major renovation works would be taking place during our stay. I fully appreciate that hotels occasionally need to undertake refurbishment works. My concern is not the works themselves but the complete lack of response when I attempted to discuss the matter. I contacted the hotel directly and subsequently contacted Guest Relations seeking clarification and assistance. Despite allowing a reasonable period for a reply, I have received no response whatsoever. Given that this booking involves four rooms for a significant family occasion, I find the absence of even an acknowledgement disappointing. A simple response explaining the situation or outlining available options would have been appreciated. At present, my concern is less about the refurbishment works and more about the apparent inability to obtain a response from Premier Inn regarding a legitimate customer query. I hope someone from Premier Inn will now make contact and address the issue.

  We went there yesterday on the way home we didnt stay in the hotel we just wanted food Chris who met us was soo helpful could do enough for us food was great well recommend

  Close to Liverpool. Room was very clean. Bed needed two pillows. Front desk staff was direct but not entirely friendly but understandable.

  Lovely staff and made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Searched everywhere for a cot bed for our little boy and kept us updated when they had a slight issue locating one. Very polite and quick next door in the pub for both breakfast and dinner so couldnt fault it. A* service throughout here so thank you to everyone. After a previous stay at the north Wrexham Premier Inn restaurant a few weeks back where the servers were slow and not helpful except for one member of staff who was running herself around trying to catch up. The Premier Inn staff were lovely there but I'd avoid the breakfast service there if you have plans to be somewhere that day. We were so grateful for everyone here so we'll definitely be returning to the Heswall one in future when we're in the area.
