  Convenient hotel for Stourbridge center. Easy check in. Easy walk to center. Unfortunately my toilet leaked. Don't know if it was clean or dirty water. Room 314. I had to check then go to my intended function immediately so had no time to complain. You'd think they would notice a leaking toilet. See photo. Booking confirmed I had breakfast but apparently when I got there, I didn't. See you photo. All very confusing. Also when I checked out, no apologies for a leaky toilet. Just "thanks for pointing that out". Not the best but the best in Stourbridge. Not great value either

  The staff in the restaurant are the most helpful delightful happy people i have ever come across.they are polite and genuine. Well done ladies if I could give an Oscar award I would xx

  We went for food on the 16/4/26 food was great there was 12 of us im sure there was only one chef in the kitchen named stu but the bored said it was stu and Rachel in the kitchen so im not 100% sure but keep up the great work will be back again

  I was trying to change to an early checkout on a recent booking. Sent 4 emails no response. Rang the 0330 number very unhelpful staff member. Kept talking over me stating I was too late to make a change as it was in a 72 hour window. Wouldn't hear me out about previous unacknowledged r emails
