  Lovely refurbished to a high standard. Very clean and tidy rooms all modern decor plugs tv and bathroom etc. Great breakfast 😋 a happy family. Friendly staff and helpful, one question which seems standard is why do they always keep the circus elephants above your room. Nothing they can do i suppose, but does take the shine off a super venue.

  Radiator not heating at night despite increasing thermostat temperature several times. Woke up to 16 degrees cold room. This seems to be setup this way as it was heating earlier and when I was leaving the room. Unacceptable.

  The hotel staff were warm and friendly and the room was comfortable. Nice shower.

  Hotel is pleasant. Hotel is clean and in good repair. Rooms very comfy. Good breakfast offering. Local shops a few minutes walk away. Very enjoyable stay with no issues.
