  Lovely Premier Plus rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Good location nr M42 & M40.

  Excellent & friendly staff who can't do enough for you, sadly Beefeater restaurant next door has shut but hotel still do meals for those staying opening 7 to 11am & 5 to 11pm but is still well worth a visit.

  We stayed here very recently. So disappointed. Very shabby and outdated, Needs a total refurbishment Room was ok but chair was stained as were rhe carpets.. Asked reception to book us in for breakfast at 9.30 went to external restaurant site Got told breakfast had finished.wont return Staff didnt seem interested at all..Stayed at other Premier Inn"s and this was the worst.

  Just typically average, TV was damage, the shower was hot, hot, hot and could not be turned down and the coffee machine leaked. But the bed was good and slept well.

  We loved the big beautiful accessable room and en suit enormous accessable wet room. Staff were like family. Can't praise the staff highly enough. Plenty of room to drive in on mu mobility scooter . Hmmmmm, if I did have anything to suggest, I woukd say a normal height bed as I did find getting out of bed difficult as it was very low. I needed both my sticks and a heave-ho from my partner. Also hand rails in the bedroom, at the side of the bed closest to the wet room for example. I can't remember if there was handrail inside the door to the wetroom each side, if not, that would be good, plus one close to the sink. We had our Breakfadt in the Beefeater which us adjacent to the Hotel, an excellent choice of continental and cooked, which we paid for at the Premier Inn as there was a problem with the till in the Beefeater. A garage is a literally only a one minute drive from the hotel. The windows were fully soundproofed, and we didn't hear anything of the traffic. There was air-con at the push of a button. We wrnt to meet up with friends, and my steam train mad partner had a wonderful day on The Severn Vally Railway. Also for those with a passion gor sewing snd embroidery, the Needle Museum is a walkable distance ftom the Premier Inn (or a mobility scooter trundle). Obviously I couldn't get upstairs in the Needle Museum, but I got into all the exhibits downstairs with no problem. We csn well reccomend Premier Inn Redditch North for a stay where the staff go above and beyond to ensure that you are well looked after. We will definately stay here again. From Kate and Paul.
