  What a nice place. Really good honest and friendly staff and it's so clean and new looking. The bar is something I have never seen before either. I recommend it!

  Great stay for work with wonderful staff Stayed here for a business trip and had a really good experience. The staff across the whole hotel—from front desk to the restaurant team—were fantastic, always friendly, helpful, and welcoming with a "good morning" every day. The room was more than fine for what I needed, and the bed was comfortable. A nice touch in the bathroom was the dual shower (regular head plus a rainfall option), which was a nice feature. The in-house restaurant food was good quality. It did take a while when the restaurant got busy, but the friendly service made up for it. Excellent location if you are traveling for work. Would stay again.

  Arrived late evening. Ample parking. Warm welcome from the receptionist Steph. Happily upgraded to a Premier Plus room. Sparkling clean, spacious, great coffee machine, still AND sparkling water in fridge, ac/heat control in room. A comfy night's sleep. The lovely Steph was back to help us with breakfast and provided gluten free toast for me. A great night's stay at fantastic value and Steph should be acknowledged for her friendliness and professionalism. Well done Premier for employing great staff!

  If I could give this hotel less than one star, I would. The hotel was dirty and noisy, and my experience showed a complete lack of respect for guests. Charlie’s (receptionist)conduct was particularly disrespectful and unprofessional, including slamming the door in my face. I felt discriminated against, humiliated, and disrespected. When I complained to the hotel, they defended him and made excuses for his behaviour. Their response left me feeling that my complaint was not being taken seriously. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel.

  Friendly staff throughout , room clean and comfortable- great shower Menu choice really good , food was excellent, well presented and very tasty Good sleep - fan provided as was a little warm Breakfast was well cooked and good choice , friendly staff and everything clean and well presented , chef happy to cook scrambled egg for us Relaxing stay
