  One of the better P Inns I've stayed in. Staff are friendly, the food is ok..had much, much worse at Table Table/Brewers Fayre etc. So the onsite Thyme restaurant was good. Selection is a bit dull, especially when you stay often, but it's ok. Nice relaxed atmosphere and a couple of lagers on tap, which is always a positive! Room ok...middle of a heat wave so made sure I kept the curtains closed and the room was quite comfortable. Air con won't go lower than an indicated 21 degrees which is odd. Cooler than that on here, so some sort of storage override setup. Shower pretty poor, and low pressure but gets you wet. 3 nights for work and a pleasant stay.

  Stayed 30th July with missus and 3 kids.... all staff very helpful and pleasant but there was a young man named Luke who was absolutely exceptional in everything he did for us. I was amazed how good Luke was at his job

  Very disappointing stay. I paid over £100 for one night, but the service and facilities were poor. The staff were busy talking to each other and didn’t seem interested in welcoming guests. The bathroom only had one old, broken, used bottle for body wash/shampoo instead of basic toiletries, so I had to buy my own from Tesco and spend again for one bath. Lift had exposed wires covered with peeling tape. Definitely not the standard I expected for the price.

  I stayed in this hotel for 8 days last year and just checked in for another 10 days this week. The quality of the hotel service is excellent and giving me a truly memorable experience. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Georgios, who provided courteous, friendly and excellent attention to details service and promptly attended my requests. The room was spotless clean and the hotel gives great breakfasts. This is truely a 3 star hotel which gives 5 star service!
