  Central location, but can be very noisy on Friday and Saturday night due to bars outside. The hotel is generally clean, the staff are friendly. The breakfast was very disappointing. The worst premier inn we've been to. No pastries. Long queues for cooked food. Only 2 staff running around trying to replenish. Lack of crockery and lots of customers wandering around looking for food, and complaining. Definitely over priced for the continental option when there aren't many things to eat.

  Friendly staff Good location My gripe is to do with the breakfast I don’t think it is ok to decide that the buffet wouldn’t be put out and that it would be table service, firstly because my 8 year old looks forward to the buffet…. I think it’s a responsibility and choice thing for kids. Secondly, the food took a long time to come so we ended up being late where we were going….wouldn't have happened with a buffet To be fair the food was tasty when it did come

  I was booked in here for a 5 night stay for work. Upon arrival, I saw that the nearest parking was £15 for overnight. The receptionist was lovely and recommended another car park a bit further thats cheaper. After walking down the longest hallway ive ever seen, i arrived at my room. While taking a shower i discovered that the shower curtain had been bodged, allowing lots of water to cover the bathroom floor. Long hairs were also found on the shower wall. After a hard days work, i walked into the “restaurant” to find it was in its entirety the same size as my hotel room. The menu might as well have been 1 sided it was so small. I ordered a chicken skewer which was nice and the “most loved” chicken makhani curry. What arrived was microwaved rice and a “curry” that been microwaved for so long, it remained inedible for 10 minutes. Upon finally trying the curry, i discovered the horrible quality of the chicken. They also burnt the poppadom. When informing the waiter of this, he informed me that this was his favourite meal on the menu. To his credit (only after telling him thrice how bad the whole meal was) he offered another meal. Due to how bad the “most loved” meal was and the waiter insisting the curry was good, i was put off and left hungry. I then spoke to the receptionist about all these issues, she did not address the food. She offered another room which i accepted. At 10pm i entered the room and found the whole area around the tv to be covered in some sort of splash marks. I gave up, didn’t unpack. Spent the night and only returned the following day to collect my bags and go to the far superior premier inn llanelli. Also, the wifi was slow beyond belief. There was a party going on outside until late and the breakfast did not start at 6:30am.

  Deborah has really looked after me here I could not be happier I am conventions located right in the beautiful city centre of Swansea I am able to step out on to Wind Street (said like winding a clock ⏰️ ) which has eateries and pubs galore The gorgeous marina with waterfront restaurants is across the main big road I recommend crossing over across from Tescos to get across to the Marina and beach on the most direct route NPC car park is right by the entry to the Premier Inn I am much happier hear that other places I have stayed at in the area It takes me 5 minutes to go to the Quadrant Shopping Centre, the bus station, Swansea Market which is excellent The Vue Cinema is 2 minutes away My room is great. My air-conditioning is excellent as is my bed, my bathroom, complete with bath and shower Access is secure and disabled guests are very well accommodated here ♿️ Deborah is my favorite but they are all good You will be very well looked after here I will so enjoy going to airshow again tomorrow Swansea and Mumbles are an excellent choice for leisure and business
