  We’ve stayed at a fair few Premier Inns over the years across the UK and this is up there for the best staff and buffet breakfast of them all! Tracey (chef) and Andrea and Stella were all brilliant. Thank you ladies! Hotel looks a bit weathered from the outside, but inside the staff are lovely and friendly, the room was a good temp, beds comfortable as usual, and good blackout blinds meant the kids slept the longest they have all summer!! It wasn’t cheap mind at £187 for a family room, but we did book very last minute and it’s peak season. Overall good stay

  Great for what it is! Fabulous nights sleep and the rooms do exactly what you need them to do. Perfect for a family or friends who need to put their head down for the night. Extremely family friendly.

  Fine if you just want a place to sleep which to be fair is all it purports to be and it does that well enough. Room was not particularly clean (unhoovered carpet and hair in the bath) and the walls weren't even properly painted but the beds were comfortable, air con worked and water pressure was good. None of the windows in the whole hotel open as they claim to 'pipe in fresh air' but this just results in the rooms smelling stale and some furnishings being slightly worse for wear due to water vapour from the shower not having an outlet. Entire check in/out system is automated so we didn't say a single word to a member of staff over 4 days (besides being seated for breakfast) which is either a benefit or a drawback depending on point of view. It would have made getting any help difficult but fortunately we had no issues during our stay. Breakfast was very nice with continental and full English options but the restaurant should be avoided for dinner unless you have no other choice, there is a chain pub a 5 minute walk/2 minute drive away. The restaurant tries to run with just hotel staff manning it so two poor people were trying to do everything which led to very long waits (not their fault).

  Quite often stay here, handy for most things. Staff very helpful Dillon on the desk couldn't have been more so with self serve sign in which he did. All aspects of the hotel are clean. Some noise from room above.

  We stayed at Premier Inn twice on our journey to and from Dublin via the Holyhead ferry. We received a warm welcome from reception on both occasions - friendly but also professional. The breakfast both mornings was plentiful (both cooked and continental), despite being busy Andrea was a fantastic host. She was friendly, welcoming, and worked incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly. We had an evening meal, on the night of our first stay - it was hot, plentiful and excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling on the Holyhead ferry. Parking free and plentiful.
